  • Bathroom - cabinet fronts, fixtures/tub/shower, toilet, walls below 7’, and floors vacuumed/mopped

  • Kitchen - cabinet fronts, interior fridge and stove, exterior fridge and stove-excluding behind, walls below 7’, floors vacuumed/mopped, and interior windows

  • Living Spaces and Bedrooms- walls below 7’, interior windows, window ledges, floors vacuumed/mopped

  • Entrance spaces-walls below 7’, floors vacuumed/mopped

  • All spaces - Light fixtures up to 7’

  • Sq ft and quantity of rooms determine the price 

  • Additional Surcharges for furniture or excessive garbage removal, or if cabinets/fridge needs to be emptied

  • Excessive pet hair may result in an additional charge
